  • Autumn Price Reduction: During the autumn season, the price of the property would be lower due to lesser buyer competition in Autumn.

Churchill Living made this announcement after the DWP Secretary shared a report where 100,000 pensioners will face poverty as the housing costs in 2026-27 to 20230 may rise. The developer has shared it is a limited offer which is available from 26 September 2024 till 28 February 2025. 

Pensioners who wish to take this offer should make a reservation for the property and complete the legal formalities before 28 Feb 2025 to unlock the triple offer package. Any offer made or legal processing done after the deadline will no longer be eligible for the offer.
